There are so many great benefits of eating a vegan diet, not only for your body, but also for the enviornment and the world around us.
Going vegan can boost the immune system, reduce the risk of heart disease, increase longevity and possibly lead to weight loss! No wonder celebs like Beyonce, Jennifer Lopez and Alec Baldwin have adopted a vegan lifestyle.
When clean eating, it can be easy to fall back on a few tried and true recipes. Following a vegan lifestyle can have the same problem- we tend to eat the same things over and over again.
Well, good news, this week we are switching it up! As a mother of 3 kids whose mantra is “not again!” I am constantly challenged to keep meals new, interesting and tasty.
