I think it’s true for everyone (it certainly was for me) that the biggest challenge to eating clean is the amount of the time we perceive it will take. Since clean eating is all about getting rid of processed foods in favor of fresh foods and produce as much as possible, we think we will end up spending hours in the kitchen preparing food.

That can be true, and certainly is on occasion, but sometimes we just want a quick, healthy meal that we can throw together super fast. My search yielded a lot of genius ideas that could be whipped in under 30 minutes but I wanted to push the boundaries. If I could find all these amazing clean eating dishes that could be prepared in 30 minutes or less, was there hope for a 10-minute clean eating lunch recipe as well?
