I love breakfast, and although opinions differ as to whether breakfast is truly necessary, I do believe it is the most important meal of the day. I believe that eating a nutritious breakfast at the start of your day really sets the tone for the rest of the day. Having a clean eating breakfast sets the body up for success and guarantees your body a steady supply of nutrients.

Today is all about my two favorite topics- breakfast and clean eating. I’m almost giddy! And, honestly, a little surprised it’s taken me this long to combine these two glorious things.

I love breakfast, and although opinions differ as to whether breakfast is truly necessary, I do believe it is the most important meal of the day. I believe that eating a nutritious breakfast at the start of your day really sets the tone for the rest of the day.

As we sleep (for however long that may be!) our bodies are in a fasted state, and in order to function effectively during the day, our bodies need energy. When we eat- or break our fast- we are renewing our body’s energy resources.

Having a clean eating breakfast sets the body up for success and guarantees your body a steady supply of nutrients.
