Why should I choose Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for nutrition counseling?
Their expertise in the field- to become a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) one needs to have a 4-year degree in nutrition from an accredited university. From there, an additional 6-12 month internship with rotations in clinical nutrition, food service, community service and other areas of specialty is completed. After the internship has been completed the RD must complete a national registry exam and complete continuing education courses throughout their career.
Our nutrition counseling is done entirely online, through either a video call or phone call. We know your life can be busy and hectic at times and driving to your dietitians office just isn’t always an option. So schedule your consultation for your lunch break or whenever works best for you!

Tired of making different meals for every member of your family? Family nutrition counseling can help you feed your family without becoming a short order cook.
Weight Loss Counseling
We offer 3 and 6 session packages at a competitive price to help you meet your goals. Schedule your sessions at a time that works for you!
What nutrients are you missing? What nutrients are needed? What about supplements?
Nutrient analysis of your favorite meals to know if you are getting the nutrients your body needs.
Fine Tuning Your Diet
Work with a dietitian to help you develop a healthier eating plan, provide ideas for you to eat more of the foods you know you should (fruits, vegetables, whole grains) Analysis of three day food diary to see where you are excelling and where you could use a little help. Send pictures of your meals (up to 3 a day) for instant feedback on your meal choices with tips to improve them- accountability at its finest! Tips for real life- eating while traveling, what to do with your CSA box and choosing healthier meals at restaurants!
Learn to Cook
A video series to help you learn the basics on healthy cooking techniques-without sacrificing any flavor!
Webinars/online classes on popular nutrition topics ranging from “How Food Affects Mood” to perennial favorites like “Preventing Holiday Weight Gain”.
Webinars can be attended live or you can listen at your convenience.
