We finally did it. I suppose it was bound to happen at some point. Summery Nectarine & Tomato Salad in Sofia

Being back in summer in Bulgaria has some wonderful advantages, namely the fruits and vegetables. I miss the winter squash, but getting plenty of fruits and veggies while living in a hotel room is easier during the summer.
