Viva la Pasta!
Don’t you just love pasta? I know I do, and so does the fam!
From ravioli to spaghetti, shells to lasagna, we love them all. And we are definitely not alone- pasta is a staple in most pantries.
And, it’s not just for Italian or Asian foods, pasta is a very versatile food and has been adapted by so many different cultures all over the world.
Pasta can be cooked in the most simple of ways or can be made extremely complex as well, depending on the type of pasta used and its accompanying ingredients. I love using homemade sauces to prepare my pasta meals because I would rather be sure of the contents of my sauce.
While white pasta is the most common, there are plenty of delicious whole grain options from whole wheat to quinoa.
I have also included some healthy, clean eating zoodles recipes that are sure to leave you in awe.
